Terms of service
These terms cover your use of CH Connect at book.contenthacker.co, run by Content Hacker (CH Media Inc.). Booking a call or creating an account means you accept them.
What CH Connect is
CH Connect is our own scheduling tool: it shows you when the Content Hacker team is available, books the call, sends the invites, and creates the meeting link. It also powers the booking widgets embedded on our sites.
Booking a call
Give us contact details that actually reach you, since confirmations, reminders, and meeting links all arrive by email. Every confirmation includes a personal manage link you can use to reschedule or cancel. We may need to reschedule or cancel from our side too, and you'll be notified by email if we do.
A booked call is a meeting, not a contract. Any services Content Hacker provides are agreed separately, in writing.
Team accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account, since you're responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that put the service or its data at risk.
Fair use
CH Connect is for people booking real meetings. Automated, bulk, or bad-faith bookings, scraping, and attempts to probe or overload the service aren't allowed. We rate-limit traffic and may block sources that abuse it.
Meetings on other platforms
Calls happen on Google Meet, Zoom, or by phone. When you join a Meet or Zoom meeting, Google's and Zoom's own terms apply to that meeting alongside these.
Our content
The CH Connect name, design, and code belong to CH Media Inc. Embedding our booking widget on your own site with the embed code we provide is welcome; that's exactly what it's for.
The service, as it is
CH Connect is provided as is and free of charge. We work to keep it fast and available, and we can't promise it will never be down or error-free. To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, CH Media Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool, and our total liability connected to it is limited accordingly.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use CH Connect after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
